Buddy program

New employees always have a lot of questions. Where do I meet my colleagues? Where should I have lunch? How do I register in the company system or get a gym card? To help newcomers find answers to these and other questions, we introduced the Buddy program.

A buddy is an experienced Admitad employee who helps a newcomer adapt to the company.

Support fund

When the pandemic broke out, most Admitad employees had relatives who got fired. That was when we established the Admitad Support Fund. For a year, over 50 employees whose spouses or parents had lost their jobs received significant financial help.

The wave of coronavirus-related job losses is on the decline, but tough situations still occur. Admitad’s management has decided to support the team, regardless of what’s happening in terms of COVID.

We speak 15 languages, work in different time zones and complement each other perfectly.
