Admitad Polish Team: a story of success

Learn more about their drivers, motivation and find out what helped them achieve their aim.

As we have already written, Mateusz Lukianiuk joined Admitad as a Poland Country Manager and our office in Warsaw was opened on June 2, 2022. This strategic move enables us to attract new customers as well as tap into top local talent.

However, Admitad’s development on the Polish market started a way earlier: our Admitad Affiliate Poland team has been working towards this goal for several years. In this article we are happy to share stories of their career path at Admitad.

Eugene Gusakovski | Head of Affiliate Network Poland

I joined Admitad almost 6 years ago to work with publishers. In Poland, the trend for Facebook groups was just beginning: users created communities and shared links for Aliexpress goods without any monetization. We just needed to tell them about Admitad and to show how to earn with affiliate links. So, we formed our first pool of publishers.

I was always driven by the fact that I develop business in a new market from scratch. Every small success is one more step forward.

The company grew, other international offers appeared. We realized that without our physical presence in Poland and networking with clients, it would be difficult to develop on the market. We took a broader look at the business, made specific plans and developed a strategy.

From the very beginning, we were not perceived as a local network and it was not easy to launch advertisers because they would prefer local networks in most cases. The period was difficult, but interesting: each new advertiser was like a victory for us. I don’t remember almost any advertiser connections without face-to-face meetings. At that time, it was impossible to make a video call and sign a contract after several online meetings.

The opening of the office in Poland was our main aim for several years and in June 2022 we finally achieved it.

I am grateful to everyone and happy that I managed to form a team with one goal. A team in which people, despite their different characters and ambitions, are strongly motivated to work and support each other.

Artem Kaika | Senior Business Development Manager

When did you join Admitad? What were your duties?

I joined Admitad 5 years ago and worked only with publishers on AliExpress. Now I oversee the development of the Affiliate business and work on the improvement of the Online Services segment on the Polish market.

There are a number of features that should be taken into account: each client needs a different approach, flexibility and willingness to take risks are also important. For example, once we trusted a client and took the risk of connecting them to our platform, despite the fact that it was not a classic type of tracking and our competitors refused to work with them. In the end, everything worked out, and we got an exclusive, profitable client.

What are your plans for this year?

To single out sub-segments in working with advertisers and expand the team.

Why Admitad?

I love Admitad because the company is constantly developing. At the same time, there is a clear vision of where we are moving.

I was fascinated by our team — everyone is on the same wavelength. It is thanks to the team that we managed to distinguish as a separate GEO.

Аnna Datsiuk | Senior Business Development Manager

When did you join Admitad? What were your duties?

I joined Admitad 3,5 years ago as a Business Development Manager. First I worked with publishers, later with advertisers, we attended different meetings, conferences. Since then my position has changed and now I am a Head of Segment. I think about new opportunities for Admitad on the Polish market and it’s a challenge for me.

What are your plans for this year?

I would like to make X2 turnover, offer our partners something more than just an affiliate network and launch advertisers from other segments. I want Admitad in Poland to become a strong player. I think we have great potential.

Why do you like Admitad?

Our team is super cool and not toxic at all. We have one aim and due to our cohesion everything works out. When I only started working in the company, my manager let me know that I could try a lot of things without being afraid to make a mistake. I had a feeling that he was interested in my growth.

I like the opportunity to communicate with different people. To attend conferences and try new things. I also like the fact that it’s a job on the Internet and you’re not tied to a specific location.

What are your plans for this year?

My own goals match with the goals of our team: more advertisers, publishers, sales. We all want to grow, Poland is quate a big market and there are many ways of development. I would also like to see our advertisers in person. I believe that with the Admitad office in Warsaw it will be easier to realize it.

What are your plans for this year?

To present all our business on the Polish market as well as organize a large-scale business event.

What do you love most about your job?

I like that there is no routine in my work, there is always something new. Secondly, the team and the company.
