Admitad Monetize products are ready-to-use solutions that can help you automate monetization of your platform and earn using the CPA/CPC model. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team and work on the Polish market.

  • What you'll do:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Monetize offers to identify profitable business opportunities;
    • Introduce new technological products to the market;
    • Prepare and implement a business strategy;
    • Attract market-leading clients and sign deals with them;
    • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients;
    • Analyse market competition and prepare benchmarks;
    • Identify business strengths and customer needs;
    • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offers to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • What we expect:
    • 3+ years of sales and business development experience in IT or Digital;
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiations;
    • High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to prepare business offers and presentations;
    • Readiness to work in a dynamic and changing environment;
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
    • Proficiency in Polish and English (oral and written);
    • Willingness to travel.
