Admitad Poland is a subsidiary of the global Admitad group, focused on the development of technology products designed to maximize profits of partners from advertising activities on the Internet. In addition to the Affiliate Network existing on the Polish market for several years, Admitad's portfolio also includes Marketplace for Advertisers, internal startup studio Admitad Projects, GetUniQ ad management system and LetyShops service provider. We are developing new ways to generate sales and monetize online such as Admitad Cashback, ConvertSearch, ConvertLink, ConvertSocial and Admitad Vendor Network.

  • What you'll do:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities;
    • Introduce new technological products to the market;
    • Develop and implement a business strategy for attracting new industry-leading clients;
    • Develop and implement a sales process and plans for scaling up Admitad’s business;
    • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients;
    • Build solid relationships with colleagues from marketing, product and legal teams;
    • Do market research to learn about the competition and prepare benchmarks;
    • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs negotiate and sign deals with new partners;
    • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • What we expect:
    • Commercial experience in consulting sales of business solutions (B2B);
    • 3+ years of business development experience in an internet/technology company;
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiations;
    • High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Product knowledge and business processes (sales, marketing);
    • Ability to prepare business offers and presentations - self-confidence and belief in the service you are selling is important;
    • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic and changing environment;
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
    • Ability to speak and write English at least B2/C1 level (work in international environment);
    • Willingness to travel.
