We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our current team. ConvertSocial is Admitad's monetisation platform that helps content makers and influencers earn in social media on the CPA model, which brings together more than 30,000 advertiser offers worldwide.

  • What you'll do:
    • business development and sales of the company's product in the assigned countries: Australia, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Chile;
    • searching for new clients such as bloggers and advertisers in the assigned countries, control of the entire process from registration to the first earnings;
    • strategic work with the sales department in the field of business development, increasing the number of potential customers and partners (preparation and work with Wish lists of bloggers and advertisers);
    • implementation of the income growth strategy of influencers, assistance in the selection of brands and personalized recommendations for the placement of advertising tools;
    • cooperation with agencies and exchanges for influencers;
    • working with ambassadors: joint content projects (guides, courses, training materials) with influencers, launching special projects, recording interviews, organizing webinars, etc.;
    • participation in content creation in conjunction with the marketing team;
    • reflection of the history of interaction with the client in Bitrix-based CRM;
    • participation in external events (conferences, meetups, etc.).

    What we offer:

    • salary, which consists of a fixed salary of 80 000 rub. and a monthly bonus, depending on the performance of the tasks;

  • What we expect:
    • English proficiency of at least C1;
    • knowledge of additional foreign languages is welcome such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.;
    • experience in implementing advertising campaigns on various platforms;
    • availability of negotiation skills;
    • understanding the influencer market and affiliate marketing;
    • desire to work with top influencers around the world.
