The Monetise Business direction is the fastest growing in Admitad and consists of various products. Advertising monetization tools for publishers and special products for Influencers. The products now work by aggregating offers from advertising networks. We plan to develop a full-featured network and work with advertisers directly, as well as develop non-advertising monetization fomrats.

  • What you'll do:
    • Leading work on all business unit products;
    • Forming and developing the product managers department;
    • Supporting and contributing to the company's planning, prioritization, and reporting system;
    • Developing and updating the mid-term and long-term roadmaps;
    • Contributing to developing the long-term product strategy and vision in conjunction with stakeholders;
    • Launching new products and improving existing ones by formulating and testing hypotheses;
    • Designing the hierarchy of metrics and supervising them;
    • Acting as a player-coach and contributing to products personally.
  • What we expect:
    • Relocation to Europe after the trial period ends;
    • Experience working in a product team as CPO/Product Director/Head of Product;
    • Skill in structuring information, preserving complex context, and sorting the wheat from the chaff;
    • A strong grasp of product metrics;
    • Skills in breaking down processes and splitting them into phases;
    • Competitor analysis and user research skills;
    • The ability to do market research and quickly immerse yourself in new knowledge domains;
    • A product-guided approach. Understanding experiments; focusing on quick hypothesis testing with little or no development cost;
    • Experience launching products from scratch (negative experience also counts if lessons were learned);
    • Experience managing a product owner group;
    • The ability and desire to improve the team, to mentor, and to share expertise;
    • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

    Desirable knowledge and skills:

    • Experience handling AdTech/MarTech products;
    • Affiliate marketing fundamentals;
    • Experience introducing products in new markets.
