CPO of Partnership Services (English)

• Lead product work on all products of the business unit;
• Form and develop the department of product managers;
• Maintain the company's system of planning, prioritization and reporting, and actively participate in its improvement;
• Develop and update medium and long term roadmap;
• Participate in the development of a long-term product strategy and product vision together with stakeholders;
• Launch new products and improve old ones through the formulation and testing of hypotheses;
• Form a hierarchy of metrics and track their status;

• Be a "play coach" and work on products independently.

  
  

• This position involves relocation to Europe after a trial period;
• Experience of working in a product team in the role of CPO / Product director / Head of product;
• Ability to structure information, maintain complex context and separate the essential from the non-essential;
• Excellent understanding of product metrics;
• Ability to decompose and do the work step by step;
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and User Research;
• Ability to research the market and quickly dive into new subject areas;
• Product Approach. Understanding of how experiments are done, focus on rapid hypothesis testing with little or no development cost;
• Experience launching products from scratch (unsuccessful experiences are also experiences if lessons learned from them);
• Experience managing a team of product managers;
• Ability and desire to train your team, mentor and share your expertise;
• English Upper intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AdTech / MarTech products;
• Understanding of the affiliate marketing model;
• Experience in launching products into new markets.
