What you'll do:
- Maintain Banking Relationships (account opening, provision of documentation, assistance to CFO in overdraft & term loan raising negotiations and more);
- Take responsibility for the management, continuous improvement, and coordination of all accounts payable processes, including managing the accounts payable team, invoice processing and payments functions;
- Understand legal organizational structures and organize cash movements and inter-company settlements within these structures;
- Liaise with various company functions to produce weekly & monthly cashflow forecasts;
- Recommend and implement cash management best practices;
- Produce monthly report detailing cash movements by business unit;
- Create and run reports in line with KPIs to enable the monitoring of service levels, practices and controls;
- Continuously improve efficiency and seek cost savings in all Treasury & AP activities;
- Complete of ad hoc projects.

What we expect:
- Significant experience in Finance, with a focus on similar roles in accounts payable and treasury processes;
- At least three years of treasury / accounts payable supervisory experience;
- Seven or more years of overall treasury / accounts payable experience;
- Degree qualified in business related discipline; CPA/CA qualification preferred;
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to work, with sophisticated commercial acumen;
- Highly pro-active, possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Be a committed team player with the ability to multi-task, use initiative and perform well under pressure;
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent, advanced business level English and German;
- Demonstrable experience working with international and distributed teams in a global company (highly advantageous);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
