What you'll do:
- Regularly check in with and gather feedback from Advertiser Success managers;
- Teach Advertiser Success managers industry best practices;
- Set tasks for Advertiser Success managers to increase client revenue;
- Monitor and analyze quantitative indicators related to advertiser performance;
- Analyze current advertiser relationships to identify areas for growth;
- Regular report to the Head of the US Affiliate Network;
- Communicate with key clients alongside Advertiser Success managers.

What we expect:
- Strong experience in Affiliate Marketing, particularly advertiser-facing (network or agency experience will be a plus);
- Experience in leading a team remotely across different time zones;
- Managerial mindset (identify problems, set priorities, assign tasks, and follow through);
- Reliability and responsibility with a focus on day to day details;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Confidence in analyzing data and drawing conclusions to guide decisions.
