What you'll do:
- Establish the company’s goals and objectives and meet them
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current markets
- Design business strategies and plans
- Meeting with top potential advertisers and publishers for further cooperation
- Build and develop existing motivated team and train new employees
- Make sure that centralized processes that we have in our company are followed
- Increasing the value of current advertisers and publishers
- Analyze the current performance on a weekly basis and improve it
- Attend local Fairs, Conferences, Networking Events
- Follow local privacy law

What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or comparable experience
- Experience in digital marketing and agencies (performance marketing +100)
- Managerial skills are needed
- huge Business Network in ecommerce|online service would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the DACH region (Online Marketing)
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- English will be the main language to communicate in the company
