What you'll do:
- Create and implement the Admitad`s business development strategy;
- Identify and onboard new strategic partnerships between Admitad and external companies (expanding the number of Advertisers and Publishers, including the major ones);
- Prepare detailed calculations of potential partnerships;
- Contribute to the development of all the company's businesses;
- Work alongside Product and Business Unit teams to continue improving Admitad's existing tools while developing new ones;
- Partner closely with internal StartUp studio for finding and testing new hypotheses;
- Actively search for new investment opportunities for the company;
Lead in the promotion and sale of other company products to existing partners.

What we expect:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a managerial role of the same level;
- Comprehensive knowledge of advertising technologies in both desktop and mobile web;
- Previous experience in the monetization of internet-based products;
- Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing Market;
- Strong negotiating skills;
- The ability to relocate to Germany after the probationary period;
- Exceptional English skills;
- Persistence and the ability to bring an idea to the end.
