Marketing Manager (English, Polish)

As Marketing Manager at Admitad Poland, you will be responsible for communication with existing and potential customers in the local market. You will independently lead all marketing and PR activities of Admitad in Poland. You can work with agencies, but you can also write blog articles or organize events on your own.

  • What you'll do:
    • Co-create and execute communication strategy for Admitad brand and subordinate products across all channels;
    • Analyse market trends, competitor analysis and benchmarking, defining product USPs;
    • Manage the brand's media presence (working with external agencies and the global marketing department);
    • Manage assigned marketing budget and be responsible for marketing spend of individual products;
    • Prepare of company publications and content for social media;
    • Plan ad ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of activities in performative channels SEO/PPC/Programmatic etc.;
    • Support UX/UI teams in optimizing existing websites and preparing LP for dedicated marketing campaigns;
    • Take care of updating and localization of content posted on group sites and external media;
    • Create and implementing KPIs for individual activities: reach, lead gen etc.;
    • Analyse of the market for industry events and conferences, coordination of company participation in events and organization of its own events;
    • Establish and developing cooperation with organizations bringing together entities of a similar commercial profile, e.g. IAB, Chamber of Electronic Commerce;
    • Analyse and optimizing the conducted activities in all communication/promotion channels, reporting the results to the superiors.
  • What we expect:
    • University degree (marketing, digital marketing, PR, journalism);
    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communication in the online industry;
    • Understanding of the digital market in Poland;  
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the listed marketing channels: performance, content, direct marketing, event, PR;
    • Ability to analyse the market, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the results;
    • Experience in new product launches;
    • Strong conceptual marketing skills, combined with the ability to translate strategy into specific projects and activities;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Ability to build relationships with clients;
    • Fluency in Polish and English;
    • Knowledge of key marketing and analytical tools; 
    • Light pen, ability to write attractive content;
    • High degree of independence and openness to change.
