What you'll do:
- Product work with high-load tracking products, providing core business of the company;
- Conducting competitive analysis. Hypothesis testing, A/B testing.
- Presenting and defending the results of experiments;
- Analyzing the results of experiments;
- Analysis of product metrics;
- Roadmap building;
- Backlog parsing /prioritization of tasks together with business users and development teams;
- Coordination of cross-functional teams and working groups.

What we expect:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a product team as a product manager or technical product manager;
- Technical background, good understanding of web technologies;
- Ability to quickly get into new subject areas and understand the details;
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis
- Experience in user research, qualitative and quantitative surveys;
- Ability to conduct experiments, prioritize and test hypotheses;
- Understanding of the mathematics behind AB-testing and ability to assess the significance of results
- Ability to analyze data, practical experience with SQL queries
- Ability to articulate briefly and accurately and talk about complex things in simple words
- English at least a fair intermediate.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in AdTech;
- Understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing, including from a technical perspective;
- Experience in systems analysis or development;
- Practical experience in written and verbal communication with colleagues and counterparts in English on technical topics.

Product manager (English)
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team, which deals with creation and development of tracking, tools and services based on it, as well as with complex and interesting integration tasks. Tracking is our main mechanism of tracking and monitoring target actions for customers (clicks, registrations, purchases, installations, leads). Integration tasks will involve technical interaction between our product and other products, both within and outside the company's ecosystem.
