What you'll do:
- Manage international products and interact with a distributed team;
- Research and evaluate foreign markets as part of product development;
- Conduct competitive analysis, including technical analysis with the development team
- Test ideas and hypotheses and be able to justify the result;
- Manage backlog, build and adhere to product development plans;
- Verify the success of implemented solutions and improve them;
- Define targets and ensure they are met;
- Coordinate all teams involved in product creation: designers, analysts, localizers, development, business, etc;
- Participate in the development of processes, increasing the team's efficiency;
- Participate in shaping product strategy;
- Identify the minimum viable product (MVP), make quick decisions and cut out unnecessary stuff.

What we expect:
- More than three years of experience as a product manager;
- Experience in product management from idea to launch and maintenance;
- Some technical background (when working on products you need to know and understand how the Internet, web and mobile applications, extensions are designed and work);
- The ability to clearly convey their message, to formulate the task at different levels for different teams;
- The ability to justify product decisions (with the help of analytics, research and experiments);
- Ability to work with analytics systems (Google Analytics, etc.);
- The ability to prioritize tasks and projects within a group of products, as well as the ability to focus the team on these priorities;
- Communicative, ability to build working relationships with different people;
- English - at least Upper-Intermediate.
Will be a plus:
- B2B product management experience;
- Knowledge of advertising technologies and trends;
- Experience in project work: setting tasks for the team (designers, developers and analysts) and monitoring their implementation.
