Senior Sales Manager, E-commerce (Portuguese, English)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who speaks Portuguese and English to strengthen our Admitad Partner Network team and work in the Brazilian market's e-commerce segment. Partner Network helps advertisers and publishers find each other and takes care of the different aspects of their interaction.

  • What you'll do:
    • prospecting new direct clients and advertising agencies (e-commerce);
    • searching for new opportunities to develop our market;
    • developing & maintaining a prospect/sales pipeline every day using the Salesforce CRM system;
    • adopting a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers;
    • talking to potential clients, providing product information, educating and giving advice regarding affiliate marketing;
    • creating personalized business proposals and eventually negotiating with direct clients and advertising agencies;
    • forecasting and budget development;
    • managing the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical, and account teams to be launched on the network;
    • following up on results with post-sales teams, such as the advertisement management and publisher management teams;
    • exchanging information and ideas with global teams.
  • What we expect:
    • previous experience in performance media is a plus;
    • a local portfolio of clients in the e-commerce segment;
    • proof of successful sales experience & negotiation skills;
    • a result-oriented approach and drive to maximize financial and career opportunities;
    • excellent English and Portuguese language skills;
    • good experience with MS Office tools;
    • being a team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
    • a high degree of resilience, persuasiveness, and proactivity.
