We are looking for a Staff and Office Coordinator to strengthen our current team in Poland!

  • What you'll do:

    Human Resources and Payroll:
    • accounting for working time, including supervision of time recording and absence monitoring;
    • maintenance of employee records, control of employee entitlements - occupational health and safety training, occupational health examination, authorizations related to RODO;
    • handling non-wage benefits and PPK program;
    • preparation of data for payroll calculation, input of data into the HR and payroll system;
    • coordination of recruitment processes (publishing advertisements, preparing job offers, meetings scheduling with candidates, referring employees for preliminary examinations, organizing health and safety training, preparing documents) and adaptation processes for new employees, including induction training;
    • managing the property entrusted to employees - laptops, access cards, etc.;
    • on-going processing of payments related to benefits, settlement of cooperation with external companies, etc.;
    • cooperating with an external accounting office and internally with the finance and controlling team
    • day-to-day handling of employee matters and responding to queries from colleagues.

    • complex handling administrative and office work;
    • handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
    • preparation of current documents ordered by superiors;
    • taking care of office aesthetics and customer service according to accepted standards;
    • recording, circulation and archiving of company documents;
    • ongoing monitoring and replenishment of food, office and marketing supplies;
    • taking care of office equipment maintenance;
    • cooperation with HR/Finance departments in headquarters and other branches;
    • support in the organization of office events.

  • What we expect:

    • Minimum 2-year experience in the field of human resources / accounting in a similar independent position - a necessary condition;
    • Practical knowledge of labour law, including principles of working time settlement good;
    • Knowledge of English on B2/C1 level;
    • Independence and very good organization of own work;
    • Proactive attitude in creating and improving existing human resources processes;
    • Conscientiousness, reliability, accuracy;
    • Attitude to work with people, communicativeness.
